MINDING MY BUSINESS (POEM)

Minding my business

Staying kind to my mind sounds easy

Blind to my environment it lies difficult

Friends turned foes

Disconnected by lost expectations

The walls have ears

I find footprints of my name to tame

The recycle of analogue politicians like Vacuum Tubes

The economy stays unreceptive to ingredients of digitisation

For the fifth generation

Like a 5G network

Diluted lies, feigned as true

Out of ignorance, opinions made a mast

Discussions stay sweet as Bonny Light

But bitter as its refinement abroad

Thoughts locked in my head

Isolated like being quarantined for Corona

Suicidal thoughts brewed for death

But life found in survival attempts

Like your failed decisions at the polls

Fraught with wrath

Your thoughts to these

Convicts how you mind your business.
